Holiday Bazaar 2014 Vendor Application

  • Set-up is on Friday, December 5th, between 12pm-6pm. Take-down begins at 4pm on Saturday. Please note that returning vendors and SMWS families will be given first preference for space. We will confirm your registration by phone or email by October 31, 2014. If we are full, we will issue a full refund. If you are unable to attend, we will offer a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event and a 50% refund thereafter.
